What is Formula RC
A global radio-control electric car championship with speed up to 222 mph (357 km/h). Races are organized around the world with one season finale.
Racers compete with FPV (First Person View) goggles and radio transmitters to control their RC cars that race on normal racing circuits or large go-kart circuits.
Open & Elite Categories
The championship is divided into two categories – open and elite. The open category is open for anyone to participate. The elite class is for advanced racers racing the Arrma Limitless RC cars with speed up to 357 km/h.
One Lap Race Format
No qualifying, single row, on-road racing
Heat Races
In each competition, every racer starts from these preliminary rounds. Top racers from each heat advance to the next round.
Quarter/Semi-Finals
Racers who qualified from the heats shall compete in the quarter and semi-final races. Top finishers advance to the final.
Final Race
The final drivers shall compete in a nerve-wrecking final race to be the champion of each competition.
Season Finale
Winners of each competition shall compete in the season-ending competition to be declared world champion.
